RETURNS

Return Policy                                                                                                              

We hope you love all your purchases from Bina's Boutique! But we understand that you may have to return an item. We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unworn, unwashed, with tags still intact, no makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for purchasing own return label.

Damages and issues                                                                                 

Damages must be reported within two days of receiving your purchase. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items purchased with a 25% discount or more, and any items from the SALE/CLEARANCE category are FINAL SALE.

NOTE: Gift cards, bodysuits, activewear, and swimwear are also FINAL SALE and may not be returned. 

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

Return Instructions

 

Send an email to info.binasboutique@gmail.com with your order number.

You will then receive an email back with confirmation your order is eligible for return. If eligible we will send you information on how to return your package to us. 

Please include the packing slip or receipt with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. You can return your item(s) in its original packaging or whatever packaging you choose.
