What are the shipping options?

We offer a flat rate shipping of $5 or store pick up. You can read more about this on our shipping policy page.

When will I receive my order?

Once you've placed your order, you should receive an email confirmation with your order number. If you did not receive an email please email us at info.binasboutique@gmail.com

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please contact us and send us an image of your defective order. You have up to two days from when you received your order to report the damages to us

How do I make sure I order the right size?

Please refer to our size guide page. This is a general sizing guide, as each brands sizing is a little different. 

Do you have gift cards?

Yes we do! We have E-gift cards! When purchased you will receive an email with a code to use when you checkout.

Gift cards can be purchased right on our page, and never expire.
